Hello Beautiful Souls,

Thank you for stopping by!  My name is Mary and I am the Founder of White Light Wellness. I am a Spiritual Entrepreneur, a Certified Usui Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Bodyworker, Certified Chakra Specialist, Certified Angelic Reiki Practitioner, Lightworker, Yoga Instructor, Facilitator, and Feng Shui Consultant.  I am also the founder of Lotus Yoga Academy, Luna Creations and Luna Events, specializing in Holistic and Wellness Markets.

As a teenager I always felt the calling to help others. I wasn’t sure at the time in what capacity. In my late twenties I had gone through a deep sadness, I felt the need to heal my heart and my soul.  I was so unhappy and lost.  I prayed (a lot!) for guidance and was led to a wonderful healer by the name of Dr. Molly.  She helped me so much, she helped me to reconnect with the my heart and my soul.  It wasn't an easy journey, there was a lot to heal within me.  But, Dr. Molly opened my eyes to a lot of different healing modalities.  Today, I thank her for that!  Not only did she help to heal me but I learned so much from her that it led me to where I am today.  I am forever grateful.

10 years later I decided to leave the corporate world and open my own Yoga Studio.  My intention was to provide a safe space for healing and community.  I accomplished my goal, and 6 years later decided to walk away and to focus on my healing business.  Walking away from the studio was one of the hardest decisions I had to make, a heartbreaking one.  But I knew it was the right one for myself.  And so, I walked away to embark on a new journey that I knew would ignite my heart and my soul, while helping and serving others.

I am still very much committed to spreading the gift of yoga to help others discover or reclaim their vitality for life and find peace in the body, mind and spirit.  Combining all these beautiful healing modalities. I am able to share my gifts of healing and guidance.  I know that being able to spread love, light and kindness starts with fostering a healthy relationship with the Self.

My journey hasn't been easy, there have been lots of bumps in the road.   But I have overcome much in my life and I am so grateful for the journey, and all that it has taught me, but most importantly, that it encouraged me to embrace my Life Purpose! I have so much to be grateful for, I have an incredibly loving and supportive partner, I'm a step-mom to three beautiful souls, I'm a fur mama to a sweet pup named, Luna.  I have loving supportive friends and family and a beautiful life.  I have never felt more grounded and happy, more connected with myself and Spirit.

My intention is to provide a sacred space for healing so that you may discover your true calling and share your light with the world.
